Trailer 2 was not the only thing Rockstar released on May 6. The GTA VI website came back rebuilt, with 70 screenshots sorted into people and places, new artwork, and a short clip on each character’s page. Video Games Chronicle counted the screenshots the same afternoon.
Most of those images are about Jason, Lucia and the people around them. But five screenshots, one artwork and one character clip show emergency vehicles, and in still images we can read far more than in a moving trailer.
Vicebeach Police on the neon strip (Vice City 06)
The clearest police image so far is a night scene on a neon-lit street. Two officers detain a group of women in swimwear beside a parked cruiser with its lights on. One woman kneels on the trunk; another takes a selfie against the car.

The car is black with white doors, and its markings are plain to read: VICEBEACH POLICE across the trunk and again on the bumper, and EMERGENCY CALL 911 on the rear quarter. That makes Vicebeach the third police force we can name, after the Vice City Police and the Vice-Dale Police of Trailer 2. The name reads like Miami Beach, the city across the bay from Miami that runs its own police department.
The cruiser has the long, low body of the Dodge Charger Pursuit sold from 2015 to 2023. GTA V’s Bravado Buffalo was built on the Charger before it, so a newer Buffalo is the obvious guess.
Vicebeach on the water (Jason and Lucia 02)
The new artwork of the two leads, Jason and Lucia 02, puts them on a wooden dock with guns drawn. Jason aims a pistol; Lucia carries a metal case, and the speedboat behind them has bullet holes in its windshield. Across the bay, a police boat throws a big wake toward them, and a helicopter circles overhead.

The boat’s hull reads VICEBEACH POLICE, so the same force patrols the water too. With its rigid hull and console, it looks like a Boston Whaler Guardian, a common patrol boat. GTA V’s police boat was the Police Predator. The helicopter carries no markings we can read.
A swamp chase in Grassrivers (Grassrivers 04)
Leonida’s police do not stay in the city. In one of the Grassrivers screenshots, a camouflage pickup towing caged alligators splashes through swamp water. A pale SUV with red and blue lights is right behind it, a second vehicle follows in the dust, and a helicopter flies low with a crew member at its open door.

The SUV has a black grille and lower bumper on a light body, the face of a recent Ford Police Interceptor Utility, the Explorer-based SUV. We filed it as a sheriff’s unit: out in the wetlands a county force is the likely one, but no markings are legible. The helicopter’s slim tail and nose fit the Eurocopter AS350 behind GTA V’s Police Maverick, like the one over the car meet in Trailer 1.
Stills give us what trailers rarely do: time to read the lettering.
Lifeguards with a name (Vice City 05)
On a busy beach, a red quad bike sits under a yellow lifeguard tower with a LIFEGUARD sign, while a lifeguard watches the water through binoculars. It is the same kind of quad as the two on the beach in Trailer 1, and this time it is close enough to read.

The side reads OCEAN, and a second word on the front fender is partly hidden, ending in SCUE. Our guess is OCEAN RESCUE. That is the name of the real lifeguard service of Miami Beach, Miami Beach Ocean Rescue, part of the city’s fire department and known for its colorful lifeguard towers. The full word is not legible, so the match stays a guess.
Smaller sightings
Three more images show vehicles that are too small or too dark to read.
- Vice City 03. In a wide view of the city, armed figures in dark clothing close in on a red car with open doors. A white SUV and a white pickup are stopped behind it. They may be unmarked police, but no light bar or lettering shows at that distance. A red twin-engine helicopter crosses the skyline, the kind used for rescue, though it may be civilian.
- Ambrosia 04. A dark vehicle waits on a dirt road below burning crop fields. We filed it as a fire department pickup from the context alone.
- Raul Bautista’s clip. The clip on his character page shows him running from a downtown shootout past a white police sedan with a blue stripe and a round emblem lettered POLICE DEPT. Its boxy body is the Crown Victoria’s, the car behind GTA V’s Vapid Stanier. Its colors match the Vice City Police sedan in Trailer 2.

What the gallery adds

Two trailers and one gallery have now given us four agency names: the Leonida County Sheriff from Trailer 1, the Vice City Police and Vice-Dale Police from Trailer 2, and now Vicebeach Police, on land and water. The lifeguards have a name too, and the swamps have police. Every image is in our screenshot gallery, each sighting with its own file.
